Most Helpful Positive Review Simple Solution for Picatinny Rail Adapter
I purchased 3 of these to put on various rifles. I have a QD bipod that will interface with a Picatinny rail,and I wanted to save the weight of having multiple bipods when I go shooting for a day. Weaver's adapter fits the bill perfectly for a bench/prone range gun. It's design is sufficient for any light duty use. I have questions about whether it will hold up for hunting/difficult use, and I would probably not put it on a weapon for a member of the Armed Services. nice piece

I just recently got an X Bolt Hunter and wanted to try out a bipod on it without modifying the stock. This piece is the perfect attachment. Installs easily onto the stock. Feels solid and has a rubber gasket so it doesn't dig into the wood.

Works as advertised

Very easy to install, I'm using it to attach a bipod, it works well, seems sturdy, I have used it to attach a flash light as well, if the bottom face of the forearm of your stock is parallel to the barrel it helps with the flash light, if not the light may shine upwards a little,

Great Little Add On

I recently add a monopod to a rifle of mine, but I needed an adapter to accommodate the Picatinny style mount. This was perfect! Mounts in a few minutes with an allen wrench to the rear stud mount on my rifle.

I am an avid rifle shooter and hunter. I purchased several of these to install on various rifles/shooting platforms and only invest in one quality rail-mounted bipod. It works great and I am very pleased with the results.
Pros: It installs easily and is very durable.
Cons: Once mounted it is a little taller than i desired but this is because it mounts over the swivel stud.

My only problem it the light I put on did not pint straight because the way the rifle pointed. I put a bolt through the rail to point it straight.
