size index too large
Appear to be well made gloves, but the size index is way too large. I usually order Mechanix gloves which are a near perfect snug fit. The Whitewater in the same size are more like an over-glove, designed to go with some sort of liner. Fingers & body of the glove are loose.
Short finger length
I have long fingers and tried the 2XL hoping the fingers would be long enough. They are not. On my hands they are too wide in the body of the glove and way too short in the fingers. I will use them for cool weather running and things that don't require manual dexterity, but definitely not for shooting.
