Have an older 3x9x40 scope that I put this wicked light over. can see as far as the the effective limit of the rifle at night. very bright. mounted over a 336c model Marlin lever chambered in 35 Remington. used 2" riser so the scope doesn't run on the light. ran the switch down to the forearm.
