Base Pads for my 1911 mags

Unfortunately, after a few years of catching my palm skin when inserting the mag, I finally found a cushion to stop the blood blisters. The only problem is the attach screws prevented some of my 9 round mags from accepting all 9 rounds. This was somewhat random. I have a number of mags, about 1/3 only permit 8 instead of 9. I have not had a chance to break-down the mag for a possible fix.

920 series 1911 mag base pads

Purchased two base pads for 1911 Willson Combat magazines, one of the kits worked just fine, screws went in with no problem, the other one gave me a bit of a problem. One of the screws got hung up and would not go in all the way, from there it was no in or back out. Not too worried about it still does what it supposed to do...after a little filling down on the screw head.
