I purchased this thinking Wilson Combat was a solid choice but it’s been anything nice. The barrel I received had a severely undersized gas port of 0.061 so I had to open it to 0.080. From 8” groups to Sub MOA with this barrel

I am incredibly pleased with the performance of this barrel. I simply swapped this 20” super sniper barrel from my terrible factory barrel and it now shoots SUB MOA at 200 yards. Great Barrel!

great 308 barrel

The fluting looks great and takes off weight. The 20” length is a nice in between length for me. I’ve currently taken it out to 500 yards with consistency with my 308 at high round volume.
Pros:
  • fluting and stainless steel look great
  • relative lighter weight with the fluting
  • has stood up to relatively high roung sessions
Cons:
  • None that ive found
