John23's Review of Wilson Combat Bushing Wrench
I own a Colt Competition 1911. The stock bushing was not as tight as it could be. I replaced it with a custom bushing. But, this new bushing was too tight to rotate by hand (a good thing). Wilson Combat Bushing Wrench to the rescue! It provided enough leverage to smoothly rotate the new bushing. And, it made of some sort hard, but not brittle polymer, that is much less likely my gun than any metal wrench.
Pros:
- light weight
- solid
- Leverage
- Does not scratch the gun
Cons:
- Checkered nose plug scratches the wrench
Best Used for:
- 1911 bushing
