So far so good
It has really good grip texture (almost too good). A couple of reviews that I watched said that the grip was "slick". Not by a long shot, I'm glad I decided to see for myself.
Great feel over stock
This Wilson Combat grip for the XMACRO is a great improvement over stock. Not to knock on Sig, but they left the stock 365 grips a little narrow for anyone with an average or larger hand. The Wilson Combat grip fills that void and is super easy to install. I will be ordering another for my original P365.

Excellent Grip
I have changed my Sig Sauer stock grips on four of my pistols with Wilson Combat grips. It’s like having a new gun. They just make the ergonomics so much better which leads to a better shooting experience. I highly recommend Wilson Combat grips.

Wilson combat p365 xmacro grip module
I love my sig xmacro but wanted a better grip. I tried the Icarus polymer grip which was better but felt too thin in my hands. The Wilson Combat grip made all the difference. From filling my hands properly, to mitigating recoil and even making it easier to draw and hold firmly, this grip made my gun go from really good to great. I love everything about it.

Perfect Upgrade
The standard Xmacro grip from Sig is good, but not great. It has weird edges on all for corners. The Wilson Combat grip fixes this just the right way. I was nervous to try it with all of the other options out there, but I'm so glad I did. Made my Xmacro Comp exactly what i was looking for. The flared magwell is just as good as the magwell on my Sig grip, and the improved grip made a huge difference. It filled the palm of my hand the way I would expect a Sig grip to. Don't hesitate like I did. Just get it. Optics Planet had the best price by far btw.

Wilson Combat Grip Module for P365 Macro Comp
The extra thickness helps fill out my grip. The texture is less abrasive when carrying but more positive when shooting. The trigger guard undercut adds a little more room. The mag well allows for smoother reloads. Installation was very easy.

High-Quality and Superior Ergonomics
As with all of Wilson's products, this module is of superior quality and fit. The really impressive attributes are its ergonomics and grip texture. Some shooters might be enticed to pay hundreds of dollars more to purchase a now-well-known brand of "highest-end" grip modules, but only enjoy a "placebo" effect after emptying their wallet for a grip module from that manufacturer. This grip module from Wilson fits the hand wonderfully, and the sandpaper texture covering ALL the relevant areas truly enable an excellent grip, even with the very sweaty hands occurring here in Phoenix in the summer. Further, the slight "toe-kick" at the bottom of the front-strap enhances excellent
