Solid grip. Great fit. Feels like you could carry it through a downpour on a belly crawl through the mud with no slippage. Bonds to your palm. Love it. Huge improvement in that regard over the stock stippling.

Bought this to replace the ome Sig P365X grip module. I immediately felt the difference, I have medium size hands and this is a much better fit. Looking forward to taking to the range to see how well it handles recoil.

Excellent grip module. I tried other offerings, and none of them provided the aggressive texture necessary for a small grip. You can always sand it if you need, but this is perfect. FCU fits much more snugly than other options.

Agressive grip and a little bigger than factory. Well worth it.

I have had a few of these grips mods now and they are way better than the factory 365 grip. Do no wait to buy this grip mod.

I bought an Xmacro. I carry AIWB. I would consider myself slim (5'9" 175 lbs 33" waist). I found the macro grip hard to conceal in a tshirt (even with wedge and claw on holster). I then tried the Mirzon hybrid grip. I really like it. XL grip size and full rail for a light (if you choose). HOWEVER, that grip has a slightly rounded palm which makes releasing a magazine slightly slow as it gets stuck by the fat of my palm upon release. I read A LOT of reviews on the wilson combat XL grip. The Pros: GRIP SIZE, I have ever so slightly more distance to the trigger which feels better. TEXTURE, feels great in the hand, does not rub my stomach. BEAVERTAIL, its MUCH more rounded. Still sticks into my stomach, but not nearly as bad as the Mirzon. COMES WITH MAG RELEASE. The Cons: I had to buy an XL holster, My TLR 7sub won't mount (which is fine because I actually prefer the thinner and lighter weight in my pants), My 17 round extended mag (with the XL basepad) won't insert easily unless I remove 1 round. Overall, I find this grip the most comfortable in my hand of the 3 I have tried and it conceals as well as an XL.

This is a good replacement for the standard 365 grip module. It has better grip.

However, I needed something that has more circumference, the whole reason I got this one. It is roughly the same circumference as the original grip module. It has less circumference than my original 365 grip that has a Hogue grip on it.

Got this grip for the wife's P365-380. Using only the 12 rounds 380 mags, it is a perfect size since we both have medium to large hands. Much better size and control for her and myself than the standard module the SIG 380 comes with. It also matches my P320 Wilson grip module. One of the best grip modules available, thanks Wilson and Optics Planet for a good deal and discount.
