Excellent new offering from Winchester. Exactly what ballistics I was looking for. 200 gr HST’s are terrific but they’re thumpers, just a touch hot for EDC in a 3.8” XDM-E. My problem with this transaction was communication with customer service. There was none. Difficult to get a person on the phone. Intermittent and vague shipping updates. Received notification of a “mechanical delay” whatever that was and then no further updates on shipping. Was on the phone trying to get help from a person when the door bell rang with the delivery. Good product, poor service.
