I thought that this would be a higher quality kit but it doesn't seem to be anything different than you would get at Harbor Freight. I had assumed that it would have specific bits that would encompass the firearm world in managing installing of scopes and so forth.. It didn't even come with the correct allen (or torx as I can't remember which) to allow me to install a trijicon scope. It had no soft style punches either.

I should have looked closer and not relied on the name Winchester on the box.
