Most Helpful Positive Review Wad um up outdoors
I’ve blown the lips off a pile of them feathery squawkers. Been shooting Win. Long beard for many years. With Carlson choke. Cuts them stinking Coyotes a flipping goodly too. TSS might be the best thing since sliced bread. Dead is dead and I can’t see paying that much for it. Maybe if you got a kid popping a 410 maybe?

Best Middle of the Road Option

Great middle of the road option for turkey hunters. I shot these shells out of my Benelli Super Nova using a Carlson's Long Beard choke tube. At 20 yards, the entire head portion was gone from the target. At 30 yards, I still had over 60 pellets in the head and neck. At 40 yards (longest distance I prefer shooting for turkeys) there were 40 pellets still in the head and neck. I know the acceptable amount of pellets is 100 pellets in a 10" circle at 40 yds. There were well over 100 in the 10" circle but I only count fatal shots. I would recommend this product. Not sure how it will shoot out of other turkey choke tubes.

Long Beard #6 3 1/2inch

Needed to find some Winchester Long Beard 3 1/2in #6 12 gauge.

Have plenty of #4 and #5's

But could not find #6 at any of the usual stores or online.

Optics Planet had what I wanted, at a good price and shipped to my home.

Spring Turkey opening is just 2 1/2 weeks So ordered and received in plenty of time.

Now to sight in my Turkey guns.
