The Silvertip Tradition Continues
Winchester's Silvertip ammunition has always had a history of consistency and dependability. This .45 acp version is no different. As a target ammunition, the round is true to its target at short range. I cannot speak to its effectiveness in stopping an attacker, but it's design and power as a 185 gr., .45 acp leaces me extremely confident it's ability to defend.
Silver tip
A very consistent round. Hard to beat for the money. Wish could have found 230 grains.

Good looking ammo
Bought 5 boxes. Good quality, priced right, and in stock. Can't go wrong with Winchester!! Quality brass cased ammo, appears to have standard Boxer primers for all the reloaders out there. Being 185 grain, they move faster than standard 230 grain ammo, allowing them to reach target faster. Really aggressive hollow points design too, not something you want to be on the receiving end of for sure.
