Worst ammo i ever bought for my ruger mark iv lite - Winchester Wildcat .22 Long Rifle 40 Grain Lead Round Nose Brass Cased Rimfire Ammunition

I purchased this based on price and a Utube video review I saw. Boy was it a mistake. After 50 rounds I had such a lead ring build up in the barrel that the bullets were disintegrating on the way out and left no holes in the paper target even from 5 yards away. It was quite the treat to clean the barrel. I had to soak the barrel multiple times with Hoppes 9 and use a brush through it and then pound a rod with a soaked patch and jag and finally got some pieces to start breaking off so I could get it clear. about 3-4 hours of screwing around. I purchased two bricks thing I was getting a deal at $66 but found it a waste of money because I won't use the rest of what I bought. Save yourself some grief and spend a couple more dollars on almost any other 22LR ammo. Going back to only using CCI mini mags.
