color accent kit
The titanium blue matches my upper perfect. A couple parts needed oil as they looked like they were about to rust.

bad coating
I feel their coating are not up to par or bad paint as it chips to easy , take down pins paint chipped away on the face side. Wont buy again for any builds their are other companies stronger coatings.
WMD Desert accent kit
Good starter kit reasonably priced! Quality appears to be spot on & time will tell just how good the components are! So far, I’m very happy with the kit! I would recommend WMD parts! There are more than a few MFG’s out there from high end to low end, I would put WMD in the middle!

No quality control
Bought 2 of these accent kits. One in OD green and another in FDE. The FDE one is fine but the OD green had a big blob of paint on the dust cover. Contacted WMD , haven’t heard anything back so I spent $90 for something I don’t want to mount on my rifle.

WMD accent kit.
The finish on all WMD products that I've purchased has been excellent. You get a lot of bang for your buck at the price Optics Planet has these kits listed for. Waiting on the rest of my parts to come back from the cerakote shop so I can start assembly.

Black guns with OD green furniture ❤❤❤❤
The product got to me right away (sooner then i was informed). Was packed safely and securely. The OD green finish on all the parts matched themselves perfectly. All the parts fit as easily as they should

Color accent build kit
I would recommend this item for anyone who wants to go the extra mile in customising their AR. The paint job is just right. Not to thin and not to thick where it’s hard to fit the parts. You won’t be disappointed and your rifle will stand out and apart from all the others. If I could make one recommendation it would be that they add the charging handle to the kit but it’s ok because I’m bout to order that to complete my build. Hope you give this kit a chance.
Pros:
- Well painted, pretty much all the parts you want accented, wide variety in colours to choose from, parts are of good quality. Not to expensive.
Cons:
- Hard to decide what color you want to choose from, would be nice if a charging handle and trigger shoes was included. Maybe a little cheaper.
Best Used for:
- AR-15 builds
