Shopfox planer blade sharpener - Shop Fox 20 in Blade Grinder

All the local sharpening places have closed and tired having to ship and wait for blades to be sharpened. You have to consider how much the unit cost for 250$ it works well. It is not a 2000$ sharpener. It is Chinese made so casting and accuracy reflects that. Use a old set of Nives first to learn and adjust. By the second set I produced a very sharp uniform edge. Used on a powermatic 180 18” planer and haven’t had any problems. Used to cost me $80 to sharpen with shipping so should pay for itself soon.
