Milling is easy
I didn't realize that this came un-milled. You do have to mark and drill your own holes in the front sight to put the roll pin through. The original rear sight also has to be broken to get it off and replace it. Brownell on youtube has a good video on replacement s&w sights. All in all it was more work than i expected but SUPER EASY to do.once it was done it was perfect. Highly recommend. Easy to do yourself or just take it to a gun shop amd they can do it. But again it was EASY.

Fits s&w 69
I purchased this under the recommendation from XS company that it would fit my model 69. Indeed it does. I had to clamp the new front site and re-drill it for the role pin but it was a pretty simple process. Great sights I have them on several guns
