QC issue with machining?
I bought this extended rail to provide proper eye relief for a nice Leupold scope I bought to use with my Ruger Gunsight Scout. Couple of issues right off the bat - The 2 center screw holes appeared to be about maybe .015 and .025 offline respectively. The front two screws and the rear screw fit correctly. If the center screws are started first, the other mounting screws cause a downward cant of 2-3 degrees which is out range for a scope to be able to correct for. Awesome rail for the Gunsite Scout!
Great extended rail to add picatinny devices to this 308 Ruger Scout. Only thing to watch out for is the screws can strip with the hex wrench.

XS long Picatinny rail for the Ruger Gunsite Scout
It is a quality product. However, I suspect the rail cures a little after it is machined and distorts a little. I had to open up the two center holes a little with a drill insert those screws first. After all screws were inserted then I applied lock tight and tightened them carefully one at a time.
