Mossberg 590 - Curved bottom for a flat-top receiver?
For the price this rail should be a perfect fit. It isn't. The underside of the rail is milled with a smooth curved. The problem is that the Mossberg receiver is curved-flat-curved so the rail does not sit flush and there is space under the rail.
The combo with the ghost ring is a nice set-up but WAY overpriced for what you get.
Fits 870 Tactical nicely
I found my 870 Tactical for 15 years and never done any modifications to it. This was the first mod I did to it and I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner so nice being able to put an optic on it.

Xs sights Shotrail
Fit perfectly on mossberg 500. Paired with a XS sights big dot front sight. Easy to see with old eyes, even with out glasses

XS Ghost Ring does fit stock Mossberg 590A1
I ordered this sight system for my Mossberg 590A1 since my shotgun didn’t come stock with one, but it was drilled and tapped for an accessory rail. This is a direct fit for my shotgun and now I have a better sight picture than before.

XS Sight for Shockwave
XS quality. Nice accessory for the Mossberg 590 Shockwave. No gunsmithing required.I would recommend that you also pick up either an XS front sight or similar aftermarket compatible model.

Great Rail and Sight
I like this combo. It installs onto the factory drilled and tapped points easily, and looks flush along the reciever. The rear sight looks good too. I put a Vprtex Crossfire on the rail, and you can still cowitness through the glass which was a big bonus to me. For the price, you get what you pat for.However, if it's not a priority to have the rear aperture, just get a basic rail and call it a day.

Incorrect bolts?
The bolts included with the rail do not appear to be the correct thread pitch for my newly purchased 870. I do not have the tools to test, but they were difficult to thread in and show signs of damage at their ends that indicate cross threading. I got them in finally, but am concerned they may not hold over time. For this price, there should not be an issue like this.

Easy install, works well
This took probably 10 minutes to install. Good addition to my 590s to get a red dot on there. The iron sights you can buy with this are also useful, wish I had gotten these to start with.
My only complaint is the screws could be labelled better for an even faster install, otherwise its great.

Ghostring & rail remington 870
Easy to install, well built, all hardware included in item. My order arrived missing the ghostring sight and after contacting Optics Planet, they contacted the manufacturer and had the item drop shipped directly to complete my order. Took an extra 2 weeks for this process but was corrected. The overall fit and finish is as expected and all is well. Does not have a front sight included, but rear has windage adjustment.
