BEST QUALITY I'VE EXPERIENCED

It does not charge 9 volt btrys but I absolutely love this charger. It does so much more and comes with a bag and all the accessories you need. I will be looking into purchasing the 11.1 battery power supply as well. Best in quality I've experienced by a long shot and I'm looking forward to the cost savings I'm anticipating. I'll keep you posted, I was going through a box load of batteries annually.
