P365 3 round magazine expansion from 12 to 15 rounds.
Putting it together is easy. My issue is that out of 5 magazines 3 of them did not lock the slide back on the last round. When I took them apart I noticed one thing. The spring curved towards the rear that caused the round guide to dip down in the last round instead of putting pressure on the front of the round guide to catch the slide and lock it to the rear.
Pros:
- 15 round magazine instead of 12 rounds
- Gives the shooter a full grip
- its cheaper than buing a 17 round magazine
Cons:
- Might mot catch the slide on ladt round
Best Used for:
- A full grip
- Bigger compacity magazine

XTech Tactical MTX 365 3 Round Magazine Extension
I purchased this 3 round extension because I didn’t like the feeling of the 17 round magazine. I understand that more bullets gives me a better chance at surviving an incident but if 15 rounds can’t save me 17 wouldn’t either. I have medium sized palm with average fingers so when I grip the pistol I like to feel my entire hand holding on to it. The MTX 3 round extension does that for me. As the meaty part of my palm raps around the back of the pistol I feel full contact with it. When I used the 17 round factory magazine I had a space between the edge of the pistol and my palm. After having carpal tunnel surgery in both hands I had to somewhat relearn my pistol grip. After between 50-100 rounds I barely feel the pistol in my hand. This MTX gives me an extra point of contact on the pistol grip.
Pros:
- Better Grip
- extra 3 rounds
- Cheaper to buy than a 17 round magazine
Cons:
- Need better spring tension
- After 30 to 60 rounds stops holding back the slide after last round
- Parts missing when receiving OEM bag
Best Used for:
- personal safety
- Replace Smaller Magazine

MYX 365+3 Magazine extension
The item is nice because it extends the 12 round magazine to 15 rounds. Even though it’s not the 17 round magazine that you can buy it gives you a full grip. Two things I have had an issue with the extension after shooting twice with them is some springs do not push the round guide up to stop the slide. The second thing is that all of the parts were not in the ziplock bag they come in.

Unreliable - Material is substandard
Sorry to be obnoxious, but not rely on this product a life saving tool.
I purchased 2 of these extenders and both of them failed with less than 2 months of usage.
DO NOT RELY ON THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY EDC PISTOL!!!!
