I had a flush mag that came with my Shield 40, and have no use for it, so I grabbed this extension and tested it. It works great.
Functionally it's 100%, but I will say that it's not as seamless as the stock extended mag and is slightly longer than the stock extended mag. But you can also extend the extended mag with this, adding 2 rounds of 9mm or 1 round of 40, so there's that.
