Bought several of these and they are handy for one-handed mag removal on the range, but would not recommend them on a service rifle because the port side release could be accidentally pushed and the magazine released if contact is made with your body or load gear, especially when the rifle is hung from a sling.
Pros:
- Handy when shooting off a table.
Cons:
- Could be accidentally activated when rifle is slung.
Best Used for:
- Range or target rifles.
