The button is not stainless, only the catch is. Visually looks similar to stainless, which is fine for most scenarios. However, if you’re planning on a PVD finish, go with a different brand, as aluminum can’t be PVD coated. If I knew sooner, I’d have returned it as they’re being dishonest about the material.
