Good quality, questionable usefulness
As the other review mentions, great for hip-firing (and thus looking cool). Could also be interesting on the side of a handguard, rotated down as an offset vertical foregrip. Has 5 sturdy grip positions: +/- 85°, +/- 45°, and 0° (vertical). Has in-handle storage. Big problem is the thumbscrew; when tightened down to attach to a rail there is about a half-inch of thread exposed and sticking out. Could be covered or modified but it's a lazy design. Made in Turkey if that is of concern to you.
Pros:
- Build quality, storage in grip
Cons:
- Exposed threads, made in Turkey
Best Used for:
- Novelty purposes

Flippy AND grippy. WHAT A DEAL!
I bought this for my Tokarev TBP12 and I couldn't be happier. I have larger hands and was worried my pinky would be left hanging off the bottom, but it isn't. The screw-off cap on the bottom and hollow handle are great for storing an extra 123 cell battery for streamlights, and the option to rotate to 90(ish) degrees is great for hip firing. The only issue i have noted so far is that some of the plastic has casting marks from the injection mold, but a nail file and buffing pad can smooth those out.
Pros:
- Ergonomics
- Flippy
- Hollow core for extra storage
Cons:
- Small rough patches
Best Used for:
- HOLDING
- Grabbing
- fidgeting
