Yukon did not respond to support request - Yukon Ranger 5x42 LT Digital Night Vision Monocular

My wife purchased this as a gift that I picked out. Part of the view screen worked just as advertised - another 1/3 to 1/2 was totally grayed out and unusable. I tried to contact Yukon support and couldn't reach them ("leave a message"). They never got back to me, so back the product goes to the seller. Very disappointed in product support by manufacturer and I wouldn't buy another Yukon product based on that.
Pros: Good features for the price
Cons: Product was defective
