Mobile Rest
Very stable and efective light weight shooting rest. Have harvested several deer and one 9 point buck at 178 yds. Also use it for prairie dog shooting. Very stable up to 200 yd shots, not as effective after 200 yds for praire dogs but highly recommended.

When I unpacked the Mobile Hunter I found that one of the leg extensions had a big weld bead inside the tube which prevented assembly & required 45 minutes of filing to get the ext. to fit on the leg. Mobile Rest is a good compromise
I've had my Mobile Rest for 3 years and I like it. It is not as stable as the bench I had been carrying out in the field but it has reduced my set up time and trips to get started shooting considerably. I have no issues with the rotation or the shooting rest but understand you give up the stability of a bench for the portability and light weight of the Mobile Rest. It is a compromise I'm willing to live with. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to carry his gear more than 50 yards from the truck.
