I just purchased this half mask in ACU. There is a U.S. Flag and an 'Airborne' patch on one side and a 'U.S. Army' logo on the other. This is simply a U.S. Army 'licensed product'. It's NOT field grade...it's probably for recruiting and give-aways. It's fairly thin and also NOT for below zero outdoors usage. The price is right, but it just falls a bit short. The worst part of the fit is that the back flap, when velcro'ed together, eventually slides down toward the neck and allows the entire mask to sink.
Pros:
- Adequate for cool to cold weather.
Cons:
- Not true arctic extreme/cold weather gear
Best Used for:
- Walking the dog in cold weather
