zeiss 10x42conquest hd bino.
own a pair of saworski binoculars, almost comparable in style and sharpness but, Zeiss is lighter to carry on hunting trip
Pros: clariety, ease in focusing, light to handle.
Cons: nothing to complain about.

Disappointed
The quality of this bino from Zeiss Germany is very disappointing. Have you ever put binos to your eyes and the image just pops with color, brightness and clarity? I have, and these binos do not do that for me. These are mediocre at best for their price category.
The focus knob is horrible. The...

Great Mid-level bino
after quiet a bit of research, I bought these binos. Not willing to pay the money for alpha glass, these seem like a good "working man's" option. they are such a step up from my previous binos. Great clarity. Better field of view. a little heavier, but that comes with better binos. great option.
Pros:
- great clarity, solid construciton.
Cons:
- a little heavir that lower end binos

Zeiss Conquest HD 10x42
Very impressed with these binoculars. The glass is very clear (as expected) and the focus knobs are great. There are more expensive binoculars that get you the bleeding edge of quality but for the money I think these are the best value binoculars you can buy.

Zeiss Conquest HD 10x42mm Schmidt-Pechan Prism Waterproof Binoculars
These are great binoculars. I had a direct comparison, and the Zeiss is far superior in clarity and low light resolution. I think the quality justifies the price. Would definitely recommend if willing to spend this kind of money.

Zeiss Conquest
Bought a pair of Zeiss Conquest 10x42 over 12 months ago, the eye cups have cracked on about 6 pairs, Zeiss agent in Australia have sent me replacements but this is a poor product, i treat the binoculars with kid gloves yet the eye cups keep cracking after minimal pressure to cover with the provided rubber protective caps, i have had several Zeiss products over the years and this is easily the worst, i wish i had bought Swarovski instead.

This bino made it pointless for me to continue to own another manufacturers 15x56
The proof is in the pudding as they say. But in this case it means "putting" as it putting it on top of your tripod and doing a head-to-head against your existing glass. At first I thought somehow these 10x42's where providing me the same level of magnification as my Vultures. They do not, but what it is, is that these Conquests offer up soo much more detail to your eyes that you'd swear you are seeing the objects as close as that other one. Especially due to greater depth-of-field @300yds was trying to determine if this spike buck had enough of another nub on it's antler "that you could hang a ring off it". In desperation I tried grabbing for the 15x56 but since it just wasn't as clear as this Conquest, even though the image appeared with more magnification to it... it WAS NOT as sharp as the image made by these Conquests. Having these Conquests now... makes it pointless for me to have the lesser 15x56 binos from that other manufacturer. Anyhoo... get you a pair of these ZEISS and never look back.

rugged durability and clarity
Upon transitioning from only hunting in the south (whitetail hunting in the woods) to heading out west after elk, I found myself needing a high quality of "glass". Eye fatigue became a real thing for me when glassing for longer periods of time. I also needed durability when on spot and stalks and low light clarity.
The Zeiss Conquest HD 10x42 had everything I was desiring. The clarity of the glass was eye opening for me. Pairing that with a limited lifetime warrantee....I was sold. Good solid all around pair of binos that can be used across many different fields of

Quality, clarity, Rugged
Those are the three things I look for in an optic. Quality- The fit and finish of these Zeiss Conquest HDs binoculars are amazing, they feel great in the hand and they balance very good. Clarity-One way to test binoculars is to use them in very low light. 30-45 min before the sun rises or 45min after the sun sets. This is where the conquest stands out to me. When you can see wildlife before your friends can even walk safely without a light you know you have the best. Rugged-I have dropped these binoculars numerous times….and I cringed every time I had to pick them up…only to be surprised with a slight scuff on the outside. Glass QUALITY and the CLARITY stayed the same. I’ve had these pairs for 5 years or so and I’m not planning on changing any time soon.

One of the best for the money hands down.
I’ve been using these for 2 years now from archery shoots indoor and outdoor to Montana’s expansive great outdoors chasing big game. I have put them through everything you would expect and a little more. I had an unfortunate event when they fell from my case while unloading the truck and fell down a sloped driveway tumbling and bouncing all the way to the street. ALWAYS LATCH YOUR CASE! They were still usable after all of this but I did scratch the lens and break an eye cup. I sent them back in after the following hunting season and Zeiss fixed them right up. These are hands down the brightest and cleanest binos I’ve looked through in this price point and even above. Super sharp as well. I would buy them again in a second.
Pros:
- bright
- Clear
- Excellent Light Transmission
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- hunting
- Birding
- scouting
