I purchased the Victory 10X42’s and I am extremely happy with the quality and overall view. I have had all other brands in the past and can say I noticed a big difference in low light conditions with these Victory SF’s. The light transmission of 92% gives you the edge at dusk or on dark days. The seven-lens eyepiece with field flattener ensures sharp focus all the way to the edges. Speaking of focus, the smart focus concept allows you to respond as quickly and intuitively as if the binoculars were your seventh sense. I would recommend these for a solid all-around pair of Binos whether you are out west chasing Elk or in the Midwest scouting whitetails, the SF’s are the real deal. As with any Zeiss product, these are built with high quality glass and a well thought out design creating what I would say is one of the most durable binoculars on the Market. Honestly, once you’ve tried the VICTORY SF, you’ll never want to live without them.

If you're looking for the best in class in binoculars this is it. After comparing against all the competition and owning the Swarovski EL's and Leicas (both broke), I decided to go with the Zeiss...ZERO regrets. Everyone who looks thru these is amazed at the brightness, color, clarity and lack of distortion anywhere in the sight picture. If you are of the mindset of "buy the best", get a pair of these and you will have them for your lifetime and your kids lifetime.
Pros:
- Clarity
- Warranty
- Weight
- Brightness
- color
- Ergonomics
