Douglas's Review of Zero Tolerance 3.6in Emerson Folding Knife
What more needs to be said? When I was a young man, I got my first CQC-7. Still have it. Its a great knife, and has stood the test of time. It lived through three deployments to the Middle East and another to Northern Africa. But as tough as it is, it has always lacked in the fit and finish department.
A few years ago, I was introduced to Zero Tolerance knives. I've always been a fan of Kershaw, and their hard use cousin was an instant hit for me. So when I learned ZT was making a collaboration knife with Ernest Emerson, I was excited to say the least. I opted for the higher end model, favoring both the carbon fiber handle scale as well as the M390 blade steel. It arrived everything I've ever dreamed of. Amazing grind, and all the fit and finish you would expect from ZT. Light enough to carry every day, yet big enough for any task.
