The slide is well made and perfectly balanced for the X-5 module. It has a cut for an RMR/SRO and the size of the cut is perfect for the optic. However, the screw holes are smaller than Trijicon's standard. So you have to purchase special screws for the optic and guess where you have to buy them from? Charging $450 for a slide they should include the proper screws to mount an RMR which it is made for. I emailed ZEV about the difference in screws and they pointed me to their site where I can buy 2 screws for $8. Not only should you not buy this slide, I wouldn't recommend buying a ZEV product in general.
