Is the holster on a MOLLE system making it adjustable or easily replaced? If so, could you suggest a better MOLLE holster for this vest?

The holster is attached by MOLLE. I'm always going to recommend a locking holster for something like this, so a Safariland or even a Blackhawk with their MOLLE attachments would be best.
