Is the holster on a MOLLE system making it adjustable or easily replaced? If so, could you suggest a better MOLLE holster for this vest?

The holster is attached by MOLLE. I'm always going to recommend a locking holster for something like this, so a Safariland or even a Blackhawk with their MOLLE attachments would be best.

This adjusts to fit S-XL, so you should be able to make the adjustments to get it to fit.

You will need the "Oversized" model of this vest, but we do not currently offer that.

Can you remove the clip holders and holster?

The holster can be removed as it is a MOLLE mounted holster, however the magazine pouches are sewn to the vest and cannot be removed.
