What is the overall length? will it conceal a holster worn outside the pants on the belt?

I've worn this vest in black for two years carrying a G19 and 2mags owb opposite sides, plus tourniquet ... and have NEVER been questioned about what's UNDER it.
I have been asked several times if I'm a FISHERMAN or a PHOTOGRAPHER ... so apparently CCW is not what comes to mind (as in "shoot-me-first" arguments).
I'm in Louisiana, and it is a bit warm to wear in summers here (but I do anyway), and is ideal for rest of the year.
I load the pockets with all kinds of gear: tac flashlight, lighter, cash/cards pockets ~ but use the large inside "holster pockets" for mail & deposit envelopes.
I've been quite satisfied with wear, as well, but the outside black has "greyed" a bit, but inside is still black. I wear this nearly daily year around, so wear is expected.

Needed concealment vest for IDPA and this fits the bill. Material is good weight and fully vented back will be good for summertime shoots. They did go a bit overboard on extra pockets but minor issue.

'Rothcos Plainclothes Concealed Carry Vest takes the outdoor travel vest to the next level with over 20 different compartments designed for everyday carry and concealed carry. Built from a lightweight and durable cotton/poly fabric, Rothcos Concealed Carry Vest features two large padded ambidextrous CCW pockets on each side of the vest to comfortably conceal a firearm and eliminate imprinting. In addition, the interior of the covert vest features four easy to access mag pouches (two on each side) with secure hook and loop closures to store ammunition clips, flashlight and/or small devices. The outside of the tactical vest is equipped with 16 front pockets, including 2 front slash pockets, multiple zippered and cargo pockets, and a large rear cargo pocket to store all your essentials. Easily access the gear in your pants and/or around your waist with the two-way zipper. Attach additional gear to the D-ring on the right chest pocket. A three slit vented back with mesh lining will keep you cool under the most demanding situations, and the adjustable side waist tabs allow for an optimal fit.
