No. The Aero Precision M5E1 upper is specifically designed to be used with Aero Precision M5 Enhanced Handguards. It will not work with other AR10/308 handguards.

There is a small glitch with this hand guard. There are two antirotation tabs towards the receiver end that had to be cut and filed off before the hand guard would fit down to the receiver. It is all just part of the DPMS/308 fitment variation issue...
