Savage lists this magazine as being compatible with the Savage Axis, Axis Stainless, 11/111 Lightweight, 11/111 Trophy Hunter XP, 10/110 Trophy Hunter XP, 11/111 Lady Hunter, 11/111 Hunter XP and 16/116 Trophy Hunter XP rifles. I believe it will work with your rifle, although I'd still recommend reaching out to the manufacturer for confirmation.

The magazine I received for my 223 axis has a spring loaded latch instead of that bent over plastic latch. The new is of a new and better design and looks to be way more robust and less likely to break. It also has the word savage molded into the bot...
