very confused its says its NIJ 0101.06 Compliant but does that me its NIJ certified/rated? Concerned that this is a marketing term and not real. Manufacturer Answer

This plate is NOT NIJ 0101.06 Certified. We had this plate tested by NTS Chesapeake against 0101.06 level IV standards but did not go through full certification as the new standard NIJ 0101.07 has been released. NIJ is not certifying any new plates under the 0101.06 standard.

Superl lightweight plates, hard to believe they are level 4 tbh for how light they are. Fit nicely in my carrier and arent too bulky. Id recommend these to anyone who has steel plates, big upgrade from steel plates twice as heavy.

Light weight plates for a good price. Works really well in a Shaw Arc V2 medium carrier. Packaged extremely well. Each plate was in its own box wrapped in foam and bubble wrap all which was in a large box.
