very confused its says its NIJ 0101.06 Compliant but does that me its NIJ certified/rated? Concerned that this is a marketing term and not real.

This plate is NOT NIJ 0101.06 Certified. We had this plate tested by NTS Chesapeake against 0101.06 level IV standards but did not go through full certification as the new standard NIJ 0101.07 has been released. NIJ is not certifying any new plates under the 0101.06 standard.

What will be the cost of two side and two main plates?
