SIG SAUER states their TANGO-MSR LPVO 1-10X28mm Rifle Scope is shockproof but does not specify an exact recoil rating/resistance. Although it should hold up fine on a Scar 17, I would still recommend contacting Sig Sauer directly for confirmation.

This Sig Sauer Tango 1-10x28 is a good product. Better than the other LPVO’s I have. The glass is clear. The turrets have crisp adjustments. The magnification adjustment works well. Mount is solid. So far holds up to 308 recoil.
