This is a good star tracker. I am just disappointed to pay the price of the newest model (2i) for the old one. In the Q&A section, a retailer affirmed it was the 2i though. Other than that the shipping was great and quick.

See title. I've tried troubleshooting, contacted support, no resolutions unfortunately. Not sure if they sold a dud product but there is no recourse. Wish I would have purchased from a different retailer.
