See title. I've tried troubleshooting, contacted support, no resolutions unfortunately. Not sure if they sold a dud product but there is no recourse. Wish I would have purchased from a different retailer.

This is a good star tracker. I am just disappointed to pay the price of the newest model (2i) for the old one. In the Q&A section, a retailer affirmed it was the 2i though.
