Most holsters for the Glock 43/43X that are designed to accommodate the TLR-6 will work with and without models with rails. You should not have to purchase a new holster.

Ordered the exact model# as per Steamlight's own website specs. Fits the rail, but does not line up with the trigger guard at all. Leaves a 1/4in gap. Luckily I shaved down the protruding notch and made it fit like a glove.
