To answer the review above he purchased the wrong plate which is why it’s not working on his Glock……the gen 4, which is a 1$ more is the one needed to work without strikes mdc, if you have there mdc then you need the gen3,4 one which is a 1$ cheaper

Product Info for Strike Industries Glock Gen3 Slide / Gen4/5 Frame Slide Adapter Plate

Use a Gen3 slide (with Mass Driver Comp) on a Gen4 frame with a little help from the Strike Industries Slide Adapter Plate G-SAP for Glock Gen3 to Gen4. While naturally these Pistol Slides & Slide Parts from Strike Industries will fit and function on a Gen4 frame, there are a few issues that come up when doing so. The biggest issues are the gap and potential flex in the frame, both of which are mitigated by the Strike Industries G-SAP for Glock Gen3 to Gen4. The large hole from the factory is a problem because it is fairly large, and the sliding adapter plate will fill that hole in the frame to eliminate the wobble. Also, the Strike Industries G-SAP prevents the large hole from flexing over time, keeping your Glock in great condition for years to come.
