The Strike Industries Slide Adapter Plate is not compatible with Slimline Glocks like the 43 and 48.

The Strike Industries Slide Adapter Plate G-SAP for Glock Gen3 to Gen4 should work fine for a Gen 3 Glock 20 or 21.

Yes. The Strike Industries Slide Adapter Plate will allow you to use a Gen 4 Glock 34 slide on a Gen 3 Glock 34 Frame.

I recently ordered the ata19 badger slide. I have a Glock 19 gen4 is this piece required ?

Yes. The ATA19 Badger Slide will require an adapter to allow you to safely use a gen 3 style slide on a gen 4 frame. So the Strike Industries Slide Adapter Plate will work and is required for your setup.
