With a blinding, peak beam intensity of 100,000 candela using the included SF18650B rechargeable lithium-ion battery, or 90,000 candela with two 123A batteries, the EDC2-DFT's Turbo Series reflector delivers the farthest-reaching beam of any compact SureFire EDC handheld light. You'll see farther into the dark to positively identify a potential threat. In addition, the EDC2-DFT offers more runtime by virtue of its more energy-dense power sources.
