The angle of the bracket follows that of the SigPro 2009. This upward angle works for a light but not a laser/light combo. Pros: would work very well with light only Cons: did not work with laser.

Product Info for Surefire MR10 X200 Flashlight Mount w/ Integral Rail for SIG SP2340 / SP2009 Handgun

SureFire MR10 Flashlight Mount converts the existing rail on SIG Pro 9mm and .40 S&W pistols (SP2009 and SP2340), providing the Picatinny-type rail necessary to mount a SureFire X200 WeaponLight. With SureFire MR10 Weaponlight Mount attached, SureFire X200A Handgun Flashlight and SureFire X200 B Weaponlight can be easily slid off your pistol, carried separately, and slid on again when needed.image

Sure-Fire MR 10 Light Mount for SIG Pro 9mm and .40 S&W Handguns fits snugly and securely to the pistol. This lightweight, low-profile SureFire flashlight mounts are slim enough to allow the pistol plus mount to fit many holsters made for SP2009 and SP2340. May not fit custom-molded holsters. SureFire SIG SP2340 Handgun Weaponlight Mount MR-10 made from very high strength 7000 series aluminum; many competition handgun mounts are made out 6000 series, which has about half the strength. SureFire MR10 Light Mount w/ Integral Rail features two-piece design clamps onto existing rail via hex-head machine screws.
