This officially licensed Top Chef Premier Chef's Set will have you chopping like a pro. Like those used on Bravo's top-rated Top Chef program, this set includes a 8.00 in. chef knife and a 3.50 in. paring knife. Constructed from 4116 high carbon German stainless steel, each full tang constructed blade has a 15-degree edge for precision cutting, is ice tempered for peak edge retention and hand finished with an ultra-fine Japanese polishing wheel.image
