They may fit. These sights are a staked front sight with a novak style rear sight. Early model Colts used a variety of front and rear sights, so it will be very dependent on when the pistol was made and what kind of sights it has in front and rear. We recommend contacting Colt customer service to verify the exact style your 1911 has.

Trijicon Colt 3 Dot Sight Sets for Officers CA27 are designed to meet the ever increasing demands of law enforcement professionals by bringing advanced speed and accuracy to a traditionally slow acquiring handgun. With the patented three-dot design, night sight sets by Trijicon increase front sight acquisition speeds by up to five times over conventional sights. The patented three-dot design of the Trijicon Colt 3 Dot Front & Rear Night Sight Set allows shooters to focus on the front sight dot while the specialized rear sight ring eliminates any glare from the rear ring. This results in a low-light and twilight environment that is ideal for operations under all lighting conditions. Additionally, the Trijicon Colt Officer Novak Rear 3 Dot Night Sight Set features a front sight photoluminescent paint while the rear sight is a metal alloy with an NP3 base - the same material used in NVDs - allowing them to be struck by an approaching patrol vehicle at night. Because the front sight is photoluminescent, it will glow in the dark. Additionally, the Trijicon Colt Officer Novak Rear 3 Dot Night Sight Set is designed to work on handguns with Novak rails only - not pistols with white dot front sights.image
