Yes as long as your P320 is optic cut with the Deltapoint Pro footprint, then this plate will fit and convert it to the Trijicon RMR footprint.

The Sig P320-XFive DH3 is dual cut from the factory to accept optics with the Deltapoint Pro and RMR footprint. Meaning you would not need to use this adapter plate at all to mount an optic with the RMR footprint.

Super thick plate and expensive. Both of my mounting screws stripped out and had to drill them out. Just go with a C&H precision plate. There are machine marks all over this plate. The C&H are cheaper and better quality.
