Yes as long as your P320 is optic cut with the Deltapoint Pro footprint, then this plate will fit and convert it to the Trijicon RMR footprint.

If your P320 is a post 2019 model with the DeltaPoint Pro optic cut, then this Trijicon RMR/SRO Adapter Plate will fit to your cut and convert it to the RMR footprint.
